This my favorite blend. It has the perfect flavor with a robust cocoa aroma and taste. If you are going to buy one Crio Bru product this is the one.

I combine this with some coffee and it makes the day start right! but the Crio alone is wonderful too!

I love coffee but cannot tolerate the acid and caffeine, this drink smells and tastes like chocolate coffee and I feel fabulous on it! My patients are also loving it for the flavor and health benefits. And the aroma is uplifting, my office officially smells like a chocolate factory as I brew some for every patient! I drink this all day long .. Thank you!
Bold Flavor

My husband and I enjoy dark roast coffee, so we decided to try the dark roast (now French roast) Cavalla, and we were not disappointed. We also enjoy many of the other Crio Bru flavors, but this is our go-to variety, with a rich, deep, bold chocolate flavor. We make it a variety of ways, but our favorite is to brew it like espresso in an aeropress coffee maker. Such a decadent treat!

I have enjoyed most every other type of Crio Bru that I have tried so far. This one just didn't do it for me.

I have tried other brands of roasted cocoa beans and was blown away with the deep flavor or Crio. The second I opened the bag and inhaled the aroma I knew I was in for a treat. It has really exceeded my expectations. In fact, it is my favorite now with all others paling in comparison. I love it!
New name, same great taste

They now call it the French Roast instead of Dark Roast. It is the same. Go for it if you are more of a traditionalist and like a dark flavor.

Although I love Cavalla, the dark roast was overpowering for me. A die-hard black coffee drinker would probably enjoy this.
