Your Reserved Shipments
If you are pleased with Crio Club’s direct delivery, do nothing and a standard shipment of the flavor(s) and quantity of Crio Brü you originally selected will be shipped to you once every month or quarter, depending on the frequency you selected. Your credit card will remain on file and all future shipments will be charged to that card unless otherwise notified.

If you wish, you may change the quantities and flavor(s) of Crio Brü you receive at any time, as well as the frequency of your shipments. Just call toll free 1-800-884-4010 and a Customer Care Representative will be happy to assist you. If you wish to modify or cancel a scheduled shipment, you mush contact us via email at crioclub@criobru.com at least 3 business days before the next billing cycle.

Crio Brü Prices
The price of Crio Brü varies, ranging from $10.97 - $15.97 per package (with some specialty flavors priced higher), plus 15% off shipping and handling for Crio Club members. Prices are subject to change.

Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Crio Club shipment, simply contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. You will be given a return authorization number and be required to return the product before a replacement product is sent or a refund is given of the original purchase price minus shipping and handling. You are responsible for any additional shipping and handling charges you incur.

No Commitment
There is no obligation to continue as a member of the Crio Club. You may cancel your membership and stop shipments at anytime by notifying us via email at crioclub@criobru.com.  

Additional Limitations and Restrictions

• Offers are subject to change and are open to residents of the U.S., the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. 
• Offers are only valid for new members of the Crio Club for which the offer is advertised.
